使用.NET Core时，我们的类库都要打包成nuget包上传到nuget服务器，以供自己或他人使用。dotnet sdk提供了一个 dotnet pack 命令可以生成nuget包。

比如下面的命令

dotnet pack -c Release

但是默认生成的nuget包是不带注释的，这就为使用者带来了不便。

其实想让生成的nuget包带注释非常简单，只需要在项目文件加上一个 GenerateDocumentationFile元数据配置即可。完整如下：

  <PropertyGroup>
    <TargetFramework>netcoreapp2.1</TargetFramework>
    <GenerateDocumentationFile>true</GenerateDocumentationFile>
    <Version>1.0.0.23</Version>
  </PropertyGroup>
